Roberto has been the better RB at both ends of the park.

More gets created from the FB area than that midfield.

That Roberto/Semedo combination played and it looked awful.

i agree with jam, if he gets discouraged from not playing every single game instead of every other game rotation which in most cases is atleast 1 game a week than he is a mental midget and you guys are making silly excuses.

Roberto being better going forward is a valid point.

But i would argue he's not been better by a wide stretch.

Defensively, he still has the propensity to get outwitted by quicker wingers.

The Roberto/Rakitic combo offered little against Villarreal.

Quicker wingers in a one on one race clearly Semedo would be better but Roberto has been better than him defensively and far better going forward for me.

Disagree that Roberto has been better defensively. He has been better going forward I'll admit, but not by much. Last couple of games he's offered absolutely nothing.
