If anyone really thinks that the entire 220 million euros from his transfer fee would be reinvested into transfers, I'd say they're being naive. At most I see them reinvesting about 60-70% of it into the sporting project and the rest on side projects like Espai Barca. They're so paralyzed with indecision on who to target, especially when they were getting handed rejections from both PSG and Guangzhou Evergrande. They'll probably use the surplus to fund the buyout on Paulinho, as they've never once shown to give up on a target unless they can't convince the club or pay a buyout (like Verratti and Bellerin). After that, they'll panic with the post-Neymar pressure and the fat sack of money they have, shit the bed, and spend it on some flashy big name player that doesn't line up with the actual needs of the team, like Coutinho or Dybala.
