It will make difference because your cash pay out will balance against your club earnings. If it goes 5 years installment , the club earnings should be comparable to 44M cash outflow. If paid lump sum you have 220M against your earnings which is the problem. How you balance it- by selling your players and bringing positive cash-flow. I believe right now the only conversation at the club is the trade itself. Ney Sr. is already picturing himself in PSG jet. PSG is ready to take 1 year ban from UEFA and only Ney Jr. is not happy to be out of CL right befor the world cup.

The way FFP is worked out is amortising across the contract. So the total fee and wages spread accross the 6 years being quoted.

In that case PSG will make 10 years contract and no problem. Neymar is young...I thought FFP is more related cash outflow limitations.
