I watched some of his interviews with beingsport fr, he actually speaks basic french - with lots of errors of course -and that was 6 months ago. So maybe it's because an english translation was necessary.

PSG should just offer Verratti (who is unhappy there anyway) + 100m for Neymar. PSG get their big name player while avoiding FFP and CL risks and we get money for Dembele and a world class midfielder in Verratti. (they can also buy Paulinho to replace him and keep Neyney happy)

if they insist on paying the 222m buyout clause we can kiss goodbye to spending any of that money as this will drag on throughout August leaving us pretty much fucked. Neymar needs to make his decision this week so we can put this to bed or move on to our targets.
