RMC said they originally planned to pay us this week, but Neymar had to attend Barca|personal promoting stuffs in China for which he was already paid for. They are using this time to optimize what they have to pay, including contacting Barca to see if they are interested in getting a transfer fee instead of the money of the clause. RMC said Barca refused to accept a normal transfer fee, but they also said that Barca is interested in Di Maria (since Verratti is a no go).

At the end, they said that a close source to Neymar that they got their infos from said the signing will happen monday or tuesday once the promoting stuffs are done.

I'd assume the agreement reached with China was that Barca would send Neymar. Plus I think it would be unfair to other players to have to take a shitty flight to China just to cover Neymar's pompous ass.
