It's a sort of catch 22 right now. I agree we want to make a statement but i think if we keep dragging things on, we could have a situation where this saga drags on a couple weeks before the season.

Oh, that's the trick PSG is playing with us. They want us to negotiate on the tax amount, so they transfer money earlier. Otherwise the "promise" to pay on last day of transfer window. If I was Barto I would take 220M loan to secure my transfers and I would assign Semedo to tackle Neymar's ass all the way until August 31st
