Ney team slammed the brakes the moment they found out that they are not getting 26m from Barca. I'm sure Barca lawyers along with Tebas are speed dialing to UEFA. I guess Neymars were not expecting this counterattack . If Barca manages capture Coutinho in the middle of this saga, I would be very happy

It's not one way transaction. They can't move on as long as they don't have the money and transfer is final. But they probably are already in talk with other players to get a deal done quickly after neymar left.
