You missed out the part which states "that the player has contractual problems" = signing/"loyalty" bonus

Scrap the clauses and make it legal for players to sign contracts at 16.

Losing too much value out the league the way it is at moment.

At very least make buy out clauses only applicable to other countries that demand it for their players.

PSG is actually moving.

Since I started following their important websites to get the last infos on neymar, they are moving on many players. Completely different than us.

They have plan B, and C ready. I am not sure than Robert, and Bartomeu are doing the same *for real*.
