Also he never said that PSG attracted him, he said "the challenge" at PSG is what attracted him. Not once did he say he is going to PSG for their amazing history and all that. Also he didn't lie when he said messi was the main reason. Over the last 4 years he has said it a 1000 times that he wanted to play with messi.

Lastly, he said messi was one of the many reasons that wanted him to come here. He has appreciated barca players countless times and even said in his farewell message and before, that playing with so many great players at barca was a dream come true and he felt he was inside a video game.

Just read that Neymar wanted PSG to pay 4% of the fee to Santos.I think it was in his contract at Barca that they would receive 4% from future Transfer fee from Barca but he paid his release clause and that´s why they won´t get anything from Barca.

PSG got him for FREE, so I don't know why Santos would get something. 4% from 0€ is 0€.
