Having a better national team career depends on number of trophys and wins you win with a team which Brazil will eventually . In terms of being influential to their team sanchez and Lusisito edges Neymar definitely

Well wait until the end of their careers to compare and both Luisito and Sanchez have done more than Messi as well if that is criteria.

Luis Suarez is definitely better than Neymar by their respective national teams. But we have to take into account the age of both and the tournaments they played. Most of Luisito's (except friendly) goals come from the qualifiers. He played in the 2010, 2014 and 2018 qualifiers, totaling 21 goals. In addition, Suarez made a spectacular cup in 2010, made a good cup in 2014 and gave Copa America title to his country in Argentina. He is a symbol for your country.

Neymar feels very good when he plays with the Brazilian national team shirt. He won the Confederations Cup at age 21 by defeating the current world champion and two-time European Champion. He made goals in renowned goalkeepers like Buffon and Casillas at a time when he was much contested in Brazil itself and many saw him as a possible flop in Europe. He played a good home world cup in an extremely disorganized team tactically taking his selection to the semi-finals. Neymar is still 26 years old, still going to play two or three cups depending on his physique until then, so it's too early to say anything. Just remembering that he did not play the qualifiers of the 2014 World Cup while Messi played those of 2006, 2010, 2014 and 2018.
