Neymar is actually taking a pay cut to play for Barcelona. Put that in perspective Neyhaters

Not always about the money and it's pretty obvious that his move to Barca will generate tons more for him anyway through sponsors and whatnot, so don't make him out to be a saint for choosing a slightly lower (still immense) salary. Plus I'm pretty sure Barcelona have locked in so many things by now that it'd be way too much of a hassle to simply switch over to Madrid.

Other than that I hope he has what it takes to perform and doesn't get overly caught up basking in his celebrity life.

Santos FC announces that it has received two proposals by the athlete Neymar da Silva Santos Junior. Given the propositions and conditions of the player's contract, the Management Committee of the Club decided to negotiate the ace.

Yes but I'm grateful that this is more of the press's obsession with Neymar rather than his obsession with himself. Hazard acted like a teenage girl with his saga giving false hints and saying stupid things to get attention, not to mention flirting with around 6 clubs.
