Can hardly fault our team. We've given our best, 120m pressure and just a single shot on Horn (and the fk goal), our defending was Atletico-esque and it couldnt beat brazil today. The seniors Neymar and Renato Augusto were toying our midfield and counters were all we could do. Both teams deserved gold there, but brazil deserved it even more.

We still have silver now and some damn exciting prospects coming up.

You never know, maybe they'll produce a golden generation outta nowhere again like France. Noone expected France in 2010 to become this good. Yes, the senior team bottled the euros but the youth team won it with some promising players like Fekir, Dembele, etc.

I'd still rather tip Portugal to have the next big generation boom (and still france obviously) but I think both germany and brazil are looking quite decent. Keep in mind that both teams didnt even have their best youngsters fielded.
