I don't think it's too late cuz of his talent and age, but he needs to deliver immediately.

The fewer options he has around him, the better he is. He thrives in counter attacks where he has simply got to dribble past or outpace the defenders. In static play he is mediocre or downright an alien body because he is not a slow tempo, positional play type of a player. We underutilized his counterattacking potential in a terrible fashion. He is genuinely one of those players like Adama who could counter attack alone, just running on the break.
