Trincao seems more reliable with fewer giveaways.

Dembele is arguably faster and more creative.

Depends on how Koeman picks the poison.

If he stays fit I am very happy with our options on the right wing. Just compare that to Madrid and United. Probably the hardest position to find decent players.

I'm pretty sure we will see Greizman on the right against Madrid. It's completely absurd when you have two actual wingers, both of whom are better than Greizman in that position, and you still need to fit the 'big signing' in, at the cost of the team.

I think if Griezmann is ever going to come close to the player we paid for...he's going to need to play. But he shouldn't start against Madrid. Definitely not on the wing.

When Alba comes back, maybe we can try playing him with Dest on the right, but until then...bench.

Probably means if Dembele is hesitant to hit top speed for fear of injuring himself. Only way that statement makes sense.

I feel like Trincao might end up being our version of Di Maria.

Di Maria was absolutely rapid though, blistering pace. Trincao unfortunately lacks that edge in pace wingers like him normally need. Without that pace, his other skills need to be so much better than what would otherwise be needed - be it precision passing, movement, dribbling, decision making, etc. which is why I am a bit worried about his long term fit here.

Having said that, at least he's a direct and creative winger, something we haven't had in ages, so I would start him as much as possible to see what he can provide. Him and Dembele to rotate for that position.

Dembele being able to play on both wings is a plus. 3 wingers for 2 spots.

Arguably faster

Dembele moonwalking is still faster than Trincao.

like nobody else noticed that Dembele does not explode as frequently as his Dortmund days.

Maybe adopting Barca's mellow possession style, maybe hamstring on the back of his mind or both.
