Smallest discomfort could be anything from a muscle strain to just normal fatigue you experience throughout the match. He should ask for a sub even when he's just feeling fatigue?

That's just not realistic lol.

Yes. Not for the rest of his career, but half a season or so. Dembele's case is very special due to the huge number of serious injuries he's had.

Can't be treated like any other player where they after an injury get 30 min first game, 70 the next and then ready to play 90 week in week out.

He's still young so he can sacrifice some minutes for a couple of months. His body needs to reset but it won't get the chance to do so if he keeps ignoring the discomfort.

Demb?l? is not yet expected to be there for this Saturday's game against Valencia at the Camp Nou, but he could return for the game against Real Valladolid on Tuesday, December 22nd or, at the latest, seven days later against Eibar. [as]

At this point what does that even mean when it comes to Dembele? The club can ease him into games for several months to get his match fitness, and he'll still get injured right after gaining some consistency. I'm believing to think this guy won't be able to start games consecutively for quite awhile, at this point it should be "please sell him" but alas...we don't have any quality wingers.
