Nah, atm Rashford is the better player.
Rashford is in the Sterling category IMO, but he is unlucky to be in a team that isn't winning anything in comparison to the later

I think there are a few issues with the users on this forum. You can obviously see that some of them only watch Barcelona on a regular basis, and judge other teams and their players based on their reputation and/or initial impression. Can anyone here imagine Ousmane Dembele receiving a lobbed through ball, catching the ball with a perfect first touch, using a perfect second touch to set up a shot, and placing a beautiful composed shot with the inside of his foot? Can you see Ousmane Dembele scoring a perfect direct free kick? Poaching a goal in the 16 yard box like a striker with a volley? To me, not in a million years. I've seen Rashford do it several times since 2019/2020.

Plenty of users here still have their impression of 15/16-17/18 Rashford in their minds and think he hasn't changed at all since then, when the reality is quite the opposite. Not only has his end product improved, but his overall game has changed dramatically. I don't think he's at Sterling's level (hasn't hit Sterling's peak in 2017/2018-2018/2019), but he's comfortably a few levels above Dembele.

Dembele has had much less playing experience at the pro-level compared to the aforementioned players.

Lots of time missed with injuries. He isn't ever going to be a Ballon D'or contender, but he could still be close to a world-class level with some experience and improving the weaknesses in his game.

You don't compare Dembele to the current Sterling/Rashford. You compare him to Rashford/Sterling when they were Dembele's age.

LMAO, people here still think he's 19-21 years old. My man is turning 24 years old in a month, and still plays like a 15 year old. Still have enough faith he'll develop into a better player?

Raheem Sterling when he was 23/24 years old:

18 League goals
22 overall goals
11 assists, 12 overall

And that's not including all the "eye-test" stuff like, superb ball control, understanding of the game, movement off the ball, and passing.

Dembele's about to be 24 years old and he's still mishitting the ball during his attempts of dribbling and giving the ball away to the opposition like an idiot without them lifting a finger. Something tells me that Ousmane "5 league goals a season" Dembele isn't going to jump to Sterling's level like some of you predicted he would.
