err, Maguire's fee was because he played for a direct PL rival...
And the "hype" was because of his performances for Leicester, not the England.

Him getting player of the season for a Leicester side finishing 9th didn't turn him into an ?80 million footballer. The world cup performances did and United was desperate after seeing Liverpool getting Van Dijk.

Prior to the world cup exposure, there is no way Harry Maguire gets sold for that money. He went for 12 million pound two years prior after already being in the premier league with Hull too.

His Leicester performances were not worth the extra 68 million United had to pay. In fact Soyuncu pretty much stepped right in and filled his boots straight away.

The amount of PR and press he got after that Sweden goal here, you'd have thought he was the second coming of Jesus.

Dembele is not a problem, the problem is that you don't have a 9, a main guy infront.

I like him, i would take Dembele, trade for Vinicius..

I'd keep him if and ONLY if he accepts a renewal option with a lower salary, he can be useful as a squad player but nothing more, and thats not worth the super star salary he has.
