Forever a maybe. Has at times great moves and does something good but rarely an end product. Half the time he plays like garbage the other half plays alright with some sparks but little end product. Sell this guy while you can get some cash for him and get someone who actually knows how to control and pass the ball

I don't know man every now and then I think he could be useful purely as a player who uses speed to spam crosses but he just fucks up almost every attack. Although I agree i didn't see anything special from him at Dortmund to warrant the hype at all.
People say that if debele goes than barca will lack speed and width but what exactly are barca gonna miss lol. His speed and width don't contribute to anything anyway so what's there to miss exactly??

I agree he could be useful, he sometimes is, as he is so fast and tries a lot of (mostly stupid) stuff.
But Konrad is probably as fast and could play that role as well as Dembele, just as Tello and Jeffren could.

An average season from him, but even in this video one can notice how many of his low crosses are wasted because there is no 9 in the box. Not that he's particularly good with his delivery either.

Yeah we really missed a good number 9, a player who makes runs in the box. Hopefully with AGUEROOOOOOOOO we have found that player.

If he accept their contract extension offer a much lower base salary + higher variables consisting of games played, goals and assists as reported by MD then sure. Lets see if he can become more than a bang average player.
Think he likely rejects it though. In that case sell or flip for a CB.

Dembele should leave really. It is not a fit for him or Barca.
More of an individual that can be left to stretch pitch and run at teams to cause problems and would suit a team where get ball much earlier than at Barca.
Barca is rightfully Messis team and game is slowed down to get him on ball often and doesnt suit Dembele. The flip side of that is not a system type player to serve someone else as doesnt work hard enough, isnt consistent enough with passing or touch etc.
Fitness permitting could see him being top player for other teams that get him ball early and allow him to run at teams and focus on that along with his sloppy moments.
Barca can only see wanting to extend him as he is one of few with pace and is an asset they could sell and dont want to see leave for free more than anything he has done on pitch.
Probably best for both if just sell him this summer.
