He needs a season without major injuries. To gain some consistency. It's hard when you always get injured and spend more time recovering than actually playing.

He is frustrating and inconsistent but has moments.

Those moments alone will be useful in teams will not want to leave him one on one due to perceived threat as much as anything and should open up games for others more.

Doesnt seem he will ever develop much past that of being great on minute and making the simplest mistakes the next though.
