Was decent until he gassed. Onwards and upwards. Three 60+ games in last 5.

Didn't notice it watching the game (probably beause he wasn't that involved in the control of the overall midfield), but when you put all the clips together- kind of looks like Riqui Poodge (@Iniesta Ultra , @Bobo32 ).

No wonder Xavi hated him.

Torre sucks compared to Puig.

Has mastered Xavi turn well. Liked his play. He's quick witted and much more aggressive in final third than Pedri. Can't get over how small and unathletic he seems to be. Pedri looks like a juggernaut in comparison.

Not good enough for the highest level TBH, pedri is 3x the player, but that being said, he can make it in La Liga for the right team, he was born to play in the 4231

He's definitely the type of player to tip our game in favor of quick, vertical, high risk/high reward attacking. In that sense he could be a useful instrument in Flick's toolbox.

Of course we already have Fermin who fulfills sort of the same role and I like him more.

This guy is clearly not at the level required to play here. It takes him too long to work out what he wants to do with the ball when he receives it. You can't teach that split second moment of instinct, I'm afraid.

No point loaning him out any more as will not perform well enough to increase his transfer value. Sell for whatever you can get for him.

Not good enough. Still, he has a couple more matches to show if he's a squad player.
But he should leave.

Barcas best midfielder yesterday and had a solid game.

His pressing and fitness seems to have taken a jump.

Would imagine he is in the first team squad until xmas at least the way things stand.

Very impressive the way he receives the ball.

Was the best of the three midfielders v Monaco and better than others when came on.

Still would guess they put Fermin back in as match fit though.

Surprised he didn't get any minutes yesterday, he had a solid pre season, he's not Barca quality, but another loan at a club he'll get more play time, would be good for him and us, so it raises his sale value.
