Pesonally speaking, Alcácer is a very overrated player. He's a pretty poor first touch, isn't a good passer or a dibbler, is slow (Alcácer should be much more quicker considering his lengh) and misses many chances in front of the goal. But to be fair, he's good at positioning but that's pretty much it...

Would be great if Alcácer isn't going to join us.

I've got the opposite impression @El Flaco

He's not a speed demon, but isn't actually slow either IMO. Similar to Suarez pace-wise. Always thought he's a decent passer and dribbler with a lot of flair. First touch iffy sometimes, but mostly good.

He does miss some chances, but not unusual. Still some time off being as clinical as the veterans are. His positioning is brilliant though and a constant trouble for the defenders as he's shown against us too...

And yeah, good link-up play too.
