Paco Alcácer

40 fucking milion for a 4'th choice ? Wtf is wrong with football these days ...i'm done

40 million is reallly to much, 30 max. But we are not just buying 4th striker in Paco, but also someone who we will be starter in maybe 2-3 years and taking in account his age (only 23 years), we could potentially settle CF position for al least 7-8 years.

Still i would rather loan Gomez and then go for Dybala in 2017 or 2018.

About 15 goals in 40 games isn't really impressive, especially considering he takes some penalties too. Quite a few of his goals are tap ins as well. Munir has been mostly played out of position too on the wing, do you think Alcacer will look okay on the wing too? He's not much better. Absolutely not 40mil better which is hilarious, honestly.

If he's Spain's BEST #9 prospect then I'm not surprised Spain has been doing lousy lately, the new talent just isn't the same.

For 40mil, there should be a TON of options. Don't you think?

Spain has always been weak in the striking department (apart from Torres and Raul), no matter the generation.

So David Villa (Spain's all time top scorer) is among the weaker players in the striking department?

I like this option very much though the price is sky high for a back up player.. But the thing I like is Alcacer is 22 years old wich means it can gives us long term solution to striker problem.. Suarez is 20 anymore, he is 29 and has only a few seasons left on top level.. Alcacer was great in 2014/2015 season when we won treble.. I agree the price is high but considiring the market today it's not that high.. Juve payed 95M for 29 year old striker..

I hate to see any LLiga side getting dismantled for whatever reason. The Malaga affair was sad enough for me. I'd rather Valencia keep their best players for its own sake but also for the league's competitiveness.

Thats not happening. The financial fair play ensures that it can never happen.

It seems like Valencia's president jut told the fans at a penya event that Paco Alcacer will not bet sold. Sad, I even got my hopes up for a second there.

Yeah, it's not happening. Wonder who will be the next to snub Barça. They should just stop that and focus on a rb.
