Paul Pogba

When I think about it, he played very similar to Modric vs Portugal, deep, almost in line with centrebacks sometimes. Was it some kind of strategy from Santos to push the best opponent midfielder far from the dangerous part of the field or just a stupid idea by Cacic and Deschamps, I don`t know. I can understand that you want a great passer to start the attacks vs a great counter attacking team like Portugal, but then you practically lose him in the last third. One of Pogba`s fortes is his long shots, one of them could of maybe decide this game. Instead of that, he played Busquets role. I don`t get it.

Overrated. So glad we ain't signing him and United are stupid if they're going to spend 100 million plus on him.

No but he was played wayy too deep, if he was gonna be played there then might as well just play Kante.

Deschamps is literally clueless.

There is no we he's worth anywhere close to 100m. When you watch Bale, Messi, Ronaldo you can see they are special within a few minutes. He's a good player but not special in the same way they are.

Although it's hard to just due to the general inflation of transfers.

No way he would be the highest paid paid player at the club, thats BS for a start. And Raiola has said he might not even leave.

Probably because this tournament made it painfully clear how overrated he is and now he can stay at Juve score a few more long range goals to drive up his hype again.

Raiola is now saying Pogba might stay and renew with Juve.
I really don't think he was even pushing for a move in the first place. He's probably intrigued by the idea of playing for United again but He didn't want to force the issue to much since he's happy at Juve.

or he's waiting for Real.

United fans on red cafe aren't taking this to well though.

Its safe for him in Serie A with all those heavy rivals for Juventus :whatever:

Won't be surprised if he stays 3-4 years there and then leaves for PSG.
