I can't believe Juve spent 90mil on Higuain, wasted almost all the Pogba money. Even in this crazy market he's only worth half that or barely more.

Strikers are worth it and as far as strikers go, no one, a part from Messi and Ronaldo, has scored more than him in the last 8 years IIRC. The unbelievable thing is they managed to get him and still have change after selling an MC.

Considering how much Juventus paid for Higuain, this is not bad at all for you guys, impressive deal, I'd go as far as saying it is a bargain. And I heard ManU will get 80% of his image rights. Over 3 years, hahaha, Juventus board might be as bad as ours.

I read in the times that the club "expect" to get back most of the yearly payment if not all commercially so i guess they meant with the image rights included. Presumably why his wage is so high. This fee doesn't include the payment to the agent Raiola though that part of the translation was wrong, its still really expensive but its not as bad as it could have been and especially yeah in comparison to a 29 year old Higuain.

That £90m fee is absolute BS, just like the supposed Neymar fee. Also, you have to take wages into account. Pogba is the highest paid player in England now while Higuian is on a more modest wage.

So whats the fee then? Di marzio who has been pretty reliable during this transfer, and 3 people connected to our club, as well as Sky and the BBC are all saying 105, plus 5 bonus.

Neymars transfer involved payments to undisclosed entities; the only extra in this transfer would be Raiola which has been completely in the open. He doesn't own part of the player it was a % of a future transfer.

If its true the club now own 80% of his image rights it would demand a higher wage, his commercial value is through the roof. I know which player i would rather have anyway. The club pays fecking Rooney to stink up the place for 260k a week.

Really well done video, almost none of the bullshit long range belters tallied up over a few seasons. Mostly dribbles, holding the ball and passing. Surprising how quick his feet are for a big man.

Looks like Zidane was salty about losing out on him in the press conference too.

Madrid not being able to offload James or Isco for a big fee probably messed up their plans I guess.

1am...christ

Delighted after watching that video even with the insane money (290k ). Not a cm like him around with the combination of strength technique and height. Will have plenty of space with how open the league is too.

Edit: The shirt actually looks alright with the adidas stripes showing lol.

Yeah, it's a good video. I wish there were more like that instead of the usual tedious goal compilations you get even if the player is a defender.

Its either we spent too much money or its United cant attract the talent cant win either way. Like we should give a fuck what a bitter old bindipping scouse goat thinks anyway its almost the price of Sadio Mane and Andy carroll for fuck sake. Btw a center midfielder who gets 10 goals a season at 23 is what Gerrard and Scholes was doing, and who would want that.

Adidas must have had a hand in this too, sponsor or not they are all over this shit.

Edit: First interview. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVv_YzIOlmQ Awful questions ugh.
