Sure, he could prove to be more then decent in Barca shirt, the problem about this signing is it's obvious shadyness, with the sum paid for him, and the very bad timing of the transfer.

This board has done jackshit in this transfer window, signing only Semedo, failing to get rid of our deadweight, failing to sign a WC controling mf which we are in desperate need of, lost Neymar, no replacement in sight....wasted time on Verratti, without a plan B obviously.

So here we are 17.08 Coutinho and Dembele seem less and less likely to come, and they present us Paulinho as if we just signed the next superstar.
