i really like our defensive setup but we need to improve upfront Higuain on the side and Benzema in the center not the other way around

the defense is looking good i really like Metz solid as hell beside Pepe..
Marcelo is growing up nicely ..
midfield is crap but improved..
and forward line is a big question mark..
u don't play Higuain-Benzema-CR-Robben .. especially when Benzema & CR are still playing like they used to play with Man U & Lyon .
Benzema still drift to the left to receive the ball exactly like Lyon and Crisitiano is waiting for the forward line movement similar to Man United setup.. add to that CR is clearly avoiding shooting for some reason could be tactical could be personal to show any doubters he is a team player.
overall both need more time to adjust.. took Zidane 6 month and that was the great Zidane i hope it takes them less time .
Granero should add some brains to the 2 headless chicken beside him (Gago - Guti.. the G Force /G String )
Negredo should replace Higuain in the second half.. the team need a presence of a center forward in the box until Benzema learn his new role in the center and stop drifting beside Cristiano
and this game is probably the worst for Higuain after his first 2-3 month with Real

Team looks lost out there, i dont really see a gameplan. Your whole frontline isn't having the best game, bar robben. He caused trouble but faded away after 25 minutes or so.
As much as i want to see you guys lose i actually prefer you to win this game because i want to see you face stronger opponents in the cup(and get a total beat down ofcourse

I don't think it will happen Ace for couple of reasons.. including Real tour in the US..
i said 10 days ago i don't think they are planning to see out this cup till the end cause they will travel to the US & Canada next week and i don't see them adding more games they don't even have the possibility of playing a semi & final in their pregame official schedule .
the offensive line needs explaining.. it wasn't 4-3-3 like the last 2 games it something of a 4-1-1-4.. another thing that made me realize that my original assumption might be true
saw the line up and imagined any team can kill them on the counter with much ease
however it's pre-season and Manu said he is not there to win pre-season games and it doesn't matter for him
nice dribble from Ronaldo and he gets a penalty or maybe a dive

Yeah sadly enough i dont see it happen either. I can see why manu is thinking like that, preseason doesn;t have to mean anything. Didn't Schuster had a crap preseason but he managed to win la liga?
