I wonder what's wrong with Pedro.

In seasons past, when Pedro had a good chance to score, I was pretty much sure he'd score, he was an incredible finisher scoring once every two shots.

But this season he seems to have completely lost his finishing ability. He still contributes a lot on the pitch, but we could really use his goalscoring prowess especially now that Villa is out.

I hope Pep can make him recover his confidence and finishing ability, it'd be a huge boost to our title hopes.

He'll come around, I feel pretty certain...There's no substitute for work rate and he's still working as hard as he did in the beginning

He played as a centre forward on the very top of the 3-4-3, ahead of Fabregas. It was Cuenca LW and Alves RW if you didn't notice. Up until now in a 3-4-3 we played Fabregas behind Messi. A "false 9 + false 10" system if you like. Pep's now experimenting with a 3-4-3 system with a false 9 + a true 9. He tried that against Al Saad when Villa broke his leg as well. It was a magnificent idea to get the best out of Villa centrally ahead of Messi. But well ... It shouldn't be.

I miss Pedro badly .. I didn't see him against Osasuna until he was subbed .. I thought maybe he should've stayed instead of Cuenca .. as Pedro can operate better with Messi .. + the team need him so much now .. I know it's a tough time for the team to give an out of form player more minutes .. but Pedro should play against Asspanyol for 30+ minutes and start at Osasuna .. then maybe he'll be ready for the up coming clasicos ..

his skills and work rate are very important for the team on the flanks .. Pedro + Alexis in form with Messi will be something magical
