We bought Sanchez because of his ability to get past his marker. Have you seen him make use of this ability yet? I haven't. We're using him as a CF target man to stretch defenses now because he looks isolated on the wing. In fact, Sanchez completes as many dribbles per game this season as Villa with a stress fracture: 0.6. And Villa was heavily criticised for his dribbling ability. So we better not criticise Pedro's dribbling.

Sanchez is the examination case for the new role Pep has for Villa IMO. There's no one better for that striker role than Villa. not Cesc nor Sanchez nor Iniesta. Sanchez is best utilized on the wings and The Don is not a natural goalscorer and would be wasted there, as for Cesc I can't really say but between him and Villa, Big Dave wins 24/7. If you remember, the game that Villa broke his shin was one of his best performances. we used him in a bit more advanced role than Leo and made Messi a ten. It was a very flexible formation and could be used to get the best out of the best striker in the world.

No offence, but we have Iniesta for the dribbling part..he does it briliantly, but we saw(again) last week, against RM, that he isn't capable of scoring if it isn't a WC final or CL semifinal. What we need now is another goalscorer besides Messi and I hope to see Pedro regain his form.

yes .. Pedro is very needed now .. it's a shame only 1 striker has a double figue tally in the team .. if Pedro stays fit and hits form .. he'll be a huge adding to the team and especially for Leo .. they both have a huge understanding between them and will be very useful from now on ..

his work rate is great .. I love how he tracks back to help the fullback on his side .. him with fit Alexis will see Barca regain their attacking dominance once more .. and start scoring more goals than this season's rate so far ..

We are paying a very high price for a CdR semifinal..I don't think that RM eliminating us would have made me feel as bad as these 3 injuries(Iniesta, Alexis and Pedro). And even worse, Barca B is going to remain without the best players..maybe it would have been a good idea to do a deal like the one RM did last year for Adebayor.
