How does that make sense? If you're not going to relax and leave space when you're 2-0 up, then when are you going to do it?

Wait, what?

My post would make sense in the situation when Barca is Barca and Getafe is Getafe.

Your post would make sense in the situation when Getafe is the team that has won the league 4 times in the last 5 years and Barca are the team made of Madrid rejects and second division players.

Not really as he played on the left today and he had much more space than Alexis.

True but even when he played on the right during the MVP era. He "created" some kind of sync between himself, Messi, and Alves on the right. Something Alexis is yet to do since joining. Our right wing has been weakend when compared with the era earlier mentioned.

The flip side of that is that Alexis has looked better on the right this season than Pedro has for the last two.

Alexis was having quite a good run of great games. Scoring, assisting... Pedro was in bad form. Having both in top shape is beneficial for the team, I hope both keeps it up.

Stats to prove that? Besides goal scored.

What stats do you want? Goals scored would be a major part of it anyway.

Quite clearly Alexis at RW this season has been better than anyone else there for the past couple of seasons. Including Alexis himself.

Immense performance from Pedrito...We needed this win badly and considering the poor start, he showed his quality with those finishes - beautiful goals

This shows that unlike what some have said he does in fact have the quality to play for us. He and Messi are the only ones on our squad that can be considered clinical finishers and you always need that.
