How can we possibly think a new system might be better than the one that gave us 13 titles out of possible 16? People fear change, and more so when people try to change something that works and works so well. Pep inspired our players he didn't only coach them, will the next Coach be able to do that?

Fool is the man that fears change. Change has to be embraced.
Over the past 4 years we've progressed and progressed to peak last season. Now we are very slowly but surely waning. Even Pep admitted it and thus tried(but failed) with the 3-4-3. It's time to move on.
Munich,Milan,us,Juve. Every team goes through a period of greatness and transition. This is our moment. The real challenge will be how we cope with this change next season.

Seriously people. It's not like we've lost Messi. We lost a coach so flipping what?

The players are the same. The philosophy won't drastically change overnight. Guardiola will be remembered by his achievements and that's it. Let's stop being so melodramatic and realize that this may be a positive thing for us.Teams know how to play us. This is our chance to probably see Messi in a new system, Iniesta never playing on the left wing again. Xavi slowly being eased into retirement and the emergence of a new era. Lead by Thiago,Messi and Sanchez.
I can't imagine Barca without Guardiola but it might happen and make these comment after the official statement is made we'll talk then.
