Pep Guardiola

Generally Delightful
He trained messi pique and cesc.. he been at barca B and at Barca with pep... I think you under estimate how much an assistant does.. he is perfect for the job

Agreed. Vilanova trained them when they were younger. Plus he's been at Pep's side since the beginning of his managerial career. The players know him, he knows them, he commands respect, he was in on Pep's tactical plans which he might have co-developed. In many of Barca's games you'd see Pep consult or discuss with Vilanova. The guy is perfect. Pep is the figure on top of the cake but he doesn't come up with Barca's tactical plans all by himself...

I am sad that Pep leaves but happy that Tito is the new coach at the same time!!!
We all knew Pep needed some time off ... Tito is the perfect replacement!!

Messi, who is not at the press conference,is affected by Guardiola's exit.He already talked with the coach personally.#FCBLIVE

OHH boy...i hope his performance is not affect by it :(

Apparently Messi was at Pep's house last night so he probably found out before the other players.

Also Tito is the one who first used Leo as a false 9..for him I don't think that it could have been a better choice for a coach.

Pep: "I have met very few people with so much integrity and I'm very happy. " about Keita.

He said that Keita was his moral compass.
