He can fail miserably together with Shitty.
He betrayed himself and everything Barca fans thought he stood for with signing for that club.
He supported qatar's wc while he was still a Barça coach, so I really don't get what you're saying.

Yeah, maybe he wasn't that kind of hero to begin with.
You should look up his quotes how he explained his choice of Bayern.

Meh, thank god we don't need WC managers to win trophies... ha,ha. Anyway how long before the " Aguero and Pep to convince Messi to join city" stories will start?

that 5 year time frame best be starting from next season as this season's CL is already a lock in for us. :hooray:

For this season I predicted at least one of City or PSG in the semis. It would be great to kick out City in the semis. :D

Arsenal - Gent/Wolfsburg/Benfica/Zenit - City.

Would be awesome. An easier opponent in the QF to get the league wrapped up and then take care of City and make it 6-0 against them. Stuff dreams are made of right there.

Lmao was reading a dumb article from a well known banned site on here in regards to losers and winners of pep joining city and sure enough.
LOSER | BARCELONA | It's well-documented that Barca continue to struggle with financial problems, and may be forced into selling their highest earners. A City raid may yet be on the horizon; will Messi or Luis Suarez yet rock up at the Etihad?

I also think his managerial career is developing in a way that will make him more of an enemy than one of us. By 2019 he would had already spent 7 season as a manager trying to beat us in Europe. That sounds like an enemy, not a friend. Different paths I guess...

Blaugrana as a player, out for personal gain as a manager.

If he ever beats us in Europe in a CL final or semifinal or such, he's dead to me.

Hero? He still is Barça's best coach ever, a legend, but hero s a bit too much. I honestly don't get the expectations from many here. Pep has his dreams and objectives as a coach. It's his job, and he loves to do it. He'll go where he thinks he can do it better.

He made that kind of choice then, spent three years with the people that came with those reasons, and now made another kind of choice.

If he is not manager of Barcelona he will always try to beat any team which he will face(in this case barcelona). That's called professionalism.

Yep. A professional and an enemy. When you spend 70-80% of you career as a manager going against Barca as a manager, what do you call that?

Well, did you expect him to retire after leaving Barça? But one thing that seems clear to me, is he won't take a job in Spain again. If not Psg, he could go to the Spanish nt after city. Fits his schedule.

I think he will leave city in 3 years. He will be fed up with English media. He has to settle at someplace to have a bigger impact on the history.
I don't know man, Pep has everything set for him to succeed, money and the players. Wouldn't be surprised if he builds a dynasty out of City.

He is taking the easy way out, but I don't blame him, I just don't want us to let him win the cl with bayern in his last year.

That's why beating him in the semis and winning the treble was so awesome and it shut the mouths of all the people who said that Barca was nothing without Pep or a WC manager. I love Pep, but it was getting unbearable.
