Even though Mou is making the headlines with Pogba and Zlatan, overall, I feel that City are having a better window.

John Stones was a huge signing for City, both teams needed a truly world class CB to complete their sides and for me, Stones>Bailly any day of the week. People might disagree with this but Gundogan=Pogba for me. And between Nolito, Sane and GJ in January, he's going to have some truly lethal winger/strikers to pick from.

I'm just curious what formation he is going to play with City. Attacking 4-3-3 (similar to our system with two AMs and one DM/Holder)? 3-3-1-3?

Let's see a healthy Gundogan, first

I think City have more holes than United, atm - none of the fullbacks are ideal for Pep, nevermind Hart. Moreover, what is Yaya going to do? They will be a much more slick passing team than before which is something but I think it'll be awhile before we see Pep's vision for the team take root

I really don't get what he's trying to prove with these "experiments". And the way he overdoes that it gets kinda annoying. I was already critical of his experiments in his last season at Barca. His switch to 3 man defence was unneccesary and took the team off balance. I am not against implanting new ideas, but there must be a solid reason behind them. Overdoing it doesn't mean 'creative' to me, it's playing with fire.

Maybe he's trying to make a legacy for himself in this regard, otherwise it doesn't really make sense to me why he keeps doing that wherever he's going.

Maybe you just dont understand the reason, ever considered that? Everything he does is logical and has a clear purpose, he does not "experiment" for the sake of it.

He used fullbacks like that for 2 years in Germany.

Its mainly to stop counter through the middle and dominate the center even more.

He plays players out of positions for what clear purpose exactly? He benched Otamendi to play Kolarov as a CB for what "logic"? Let me know, cause it's still not as clear to me as it is for you.

Why on earth do people think Balague is actually a reliable guy when it comes to Barca, Spain and the players in this area.

He's wrong pretty much every time when he comes up with something and when he's right, it's already been reported by others.

His face is so god damn irritating let alone that voice that's just haunting me right now because I read the fuckers name.
I take what ever he says with a pinch of salt.
