Both are good, damn good when on form, but I feel Ramos is at times, wildly overrated. I'd say Pique shades Ramos. Plus Ramos is a cunt, yeesh.

Ramos is over-rated because he scores a lot of goals. Defensively he has nothing special, but he's a good player.

At their peaks, I'd slightly prefer Ramos. Pique can still get beaten with pace and on headers, but Ramos has very few weaknesses.

Pique is really in form right now, but let's not forget that for the past few years he was really not in the best defenders in the world conversation. Ramos even with his mistakes shaded him, comfortably even sometimes. And of course, Ramos easily wins attacking wise.
