I just can't choose our nr. 1 player for the season, of course Messi is the most appreciated but in my opinion I can't vote him and leave Xavi, Andres or even others not voted .

Well, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they've all been the "player of the season". Every last one of them has had something good to contribute to this amazing season. Even Hleb. People rag on him, but let's not forget, he was the guy who passed the ball to Henry, who passed to Messi, who chipped Iker for the icing on the cake against Real Madrid in December. You can say we probably already had the 3 points, and that it was really just Henry and Messi, but if Hleb had passed to anyone else, I doubt we would've scored that 2nd goal, and who knows what could've happened afterwards.

So that's my take. But if I had to choose the player of the season, I'd go along with mostly everyone here and say it's either Messi or Iniesta. And notable mentions are Henry and Yaya. They've improved immensely.

well.. im very happy and proud to have 3 of the top 5 players in the world in our team, and i think if this was a most consistant player poll Iniesta or Xavi would win but 38 goals (+3 with Argentina) and 17 assissts are imo unmatchable, not to mention all the games Messi saved us coming off the bench and turning games around, not to mention either that a good percentage of those 38 goals were abslutely brilliant goals. The one against Athletico Madrid running past 4 defenders, Osasuna game winner, Malaga dribbling 3 players, Racing amazing 2nd goal, 3 goals in total against madrid, and the list can go on. top CL scorer this season. This is a no brainer for me, and im not undervaluing what Iniesta and Xavi i fucking love them but in terms of "season" Messi wins in in my opinion
