Well he hasn't had many minutes for me to give an accurate assessment tbh. Whenever he has come on he's put in some good displays and showed some good skill, but really I can't answer that question yet.

I get the impression he'd be really well suited to the style Rodgers is employing, plus I think he's a terrific prospect

City didn't deserve that result. They got lucky again with some very decisive decision.
Liverpool have been in the title race the whole season and I expect them to stay in it. As I have done pretty much the whole time. Very impressed by how they've played this season. :)

I'm curious to see how Mourinho will approach the Liverpool game, especially as Liverpool played very, very well today. I'd hate for us to park the bus at home like we did at Arsenal. If we put enough pressure on we can get goals, though unfortunately our strikers are never firing, and we NEED Hazard in top form.

Would be awful for him to park the bus at home I agree. From a Liverpool point of view they might be happier playing you guys away as it might be a more open game. I think they might snatch a win against you, judging by how the two teams have been playing.

Liverpool were very good today in my opinion. Very unlucky not to score on a few occasions, not to mention the wrongly called offside and penalty call. And Suarez's work-rate is just outstanding.

Fun fact for you all:- On this day in 1981 our new keeper dropped a clanger as City beat us 3-1 to put us 12th in the table. We went on to win the League. ;)

Chelsea is tricky thus far, they haven't lost to United, Arsenal, City or Spurs thus far. Of course Mou does his best play not to lose impressions.

Liverpool could win the league but they could just as easily finish 7th again the way this season is going and how close it is. You know it is a strange season when 7 different sets of fans all think think their team could still win the league at the half way point!

TBH I don't think we can win the league but I do think we'll be hard to dislodge for a top 4 position.

You are looking good at the minute and have probably played as well as anybody (and better than most!) at City today. Thing is though looking at the table, let your form slip for a few weeks and you could easily drop down the table (I'm sure you're aware despite how well you have been playing you are still only 5 points off 8th!) So I don't think you can think about taking 4th for granted yet. That said, keep the form up though and I'll have to admit you are genuine title contenders soon.

Like I say though there is still a long way to go. I know from recent history United have the balls for a tough run in so I'm confident we'll be up there sooner or later, but now Liverpool have to prove they do too. Exciting stuff.

Liverpool have had the luxury of not playing in Europe. That's had a big impact on their position.
I don't think Liverpool will finish top 4. Just my prediction.
