The fearsome ManCity attack absolutely clueless in utilizing the acres of space in between and behind the lines. Only Silva and Navas looking at all to penetrate. Barça would have had a goal fest given that space.

The first half of the season we didn't do all that well since Mourinho was asked to play a certain style, that, and that fact that he didn't lknow his best team until around mid-December. The starting XI has been pretty consistent of late and it's showing in our results, plus we're playing a style that suits the side a lot better. We've conceded 2 goals in the last month and a half as well as taking out some of the best sides. Booya! Now hopefully we can keep this going and if we lose the odd game, not to let it get us down, we can't do a City now can we?

man city and chelsea to come to Anfield. the league could be won then by the baby horses(LFC).

I'm trying to be positive (as I'm a natural pessimist regarding LFC)
Arsenal naive. 2 set plays and 3 counterattacks. Chelsea won't give the space, but might be even game vs Ma City.

Agree regarding Chelsea disagree regarding Man City. We'll beat them. i'll always be extremely confident and extremely arrogant against any side managed by Manuel Pellegrini. Which as most of you know is opposite of my true nature. But it's not that I don't respect Pellegrini as I do. But I'll never ever fear him. On the other hand with Mourinho and his pedigree there is always an element of fear involved.
But for me its just one game at a time really. Still concentrating on 4th. 7 points after today when Man Utd beat Fulham which isn't insurmountable. Plus either or both spurs and everton will drop points today.
But I am going to be positive and look up and see if we can get 3rd and automatic CL qualification rather than 4th with a qualifier. So IF we beat Fulham and Man Utd beat Arsenal the gap is even shorter between us two and pressure will be on.

i can see us overtaking arsenal when they have their tough period in march. 3rd would be Great.

Yeah you guys could seriously make 4th with a good run of form. Not to mention you lost 2 2 games in a row to title challengers, and even had decisions against you, that kinda thing could derail a clubs good form easily but you guys recovered well and now smashed the table toppers(good stuff ). I hate your club, always will, but I can't say anything bad about how you're playing and how you've dealt with what's come your way this season, you deserve to be where you are. Plus, even though he went to Liverpool in the end I can't hate on Rogers, he's one talented bastard!
