Like I said earlier, part of why I'm not too worried about the title is City are always a match away from shooting themselves in the foot. We win our game in hand then suddenly we're 10 points ahead of 2nd.

And seriously, LEL @ Arsenal being 2nd in April. WUT??? If Chelsea weren't so far ahead this season could have been an amazing one.

No one really talk much about Chelski these days, one could think that Arsenal was leading the league, with United close behind. Everywhere else on the table there is excitement, lots of battles for relegation, cl-spots and europa league. Chelski is pretty much a lone wolf this season. Premier league must be a bit dull for you guys?

Yeah, I'm almost in end of season mode already, such is the dullness of being so far ahead in the league and out of the CL. At least we still got 3 of the 5 best teams to play in our last 8 matches, something could happen, the neutrals would hope. It's been a pretty good EPL this season as a whole, barring the title race, which looked interesting 3 months ago.

City have United next week too. Oh yeah! :D Arsenal and United finishing above City this season would be fucking righteous. Too bad Liverpool and Tottenham suck too much to make 4th.

Wut? It's the worst EPL season as far as I can remember. United playing shit on a stick up until the last 3 games. Liverpool without Suarez and with Sturridge injured the whole season trying to make Balotelli lead their line then desperately turning a 20 year old winger into a striker. Everton in free fall. City declining hard. Tottenham the usual. Only Southampton provided some entertainment. Even your lot was pretty dire for most of the season except the usual flying Chelsea start at the beginning. The Spurs 5 - Chelsea 3 game was the only season highlight. Football quality as well as competitiveness was pretty meh.

In term of actual quality the EPL ain't great, but that makes for some good competition for spots on the ladder. :p

This season epl was shit. Even in terms of competition la liga was more competitive. 1st place and 2nd place almost 10 points gap then 2nd and 5th another 10 points gap. That too because arsenal and united picked some form and rest all teams just kind of sucked. Top 4 is already decided, title winner is already decided. Last season pl was lot better. This season and last season la liga is the best league in the world both if you consider both the competition and quality.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this season. Maybe not as good as last years but still a great one.

Last year the EPL was awesome (almost as awesome as the Primera ;)) but this year?

1) Cheslea have kept the lead throughout the season, gradually increasing it, to the point where there is zero doubt over who is going to be the champion.

2) Top 4, the one battle that could have kept interest alive right to the end, has been also 100% decided.

The only battle still on is which team out of City/United/Arsenal will avoid 4th place and that pesky CL qualification round. Which is no big deal.
