La Liga's easily the best league in the world in terms of quality. 4th or 5th placed La Liga teams will probably finish in 2nd or 3rd in other leagues. But it's certainly not even close to being the most competitive league. Look at the goal difference of the top 2 in Spain and compare that to goal differences in other leagues, it's ridiculous. After 36 games, Chelsea has a goal difference of +42. Barca has a goal difference of +88 lmao. Look at the points gained by the top 2 in all the leagues, La Liga always has the most points in the top 2, by far.
I agree that La Liga is the best league in Europe for the past 5 years or so. This is not my wishful thinking talking, but the objective results of teams in Europe. Facts are simply facts:

I don't think that Sevilla and Valencia could finish 2nd or 3rd in other top leagues. Maybe in some, probably not in others. It's very difficult to tell.
It's good that you mention Chelsea vis a vis the Top 2 in Spain. Throughout the season, Chelsea had almost exactly the same number of points as Barca/Real. It is only once they opened a massive gap between themselves and the rest and the title has been clinched that they fielded a weakened line-up vs Liverpool and dropped points. Otherwise they would have the same number of points as Real Madrid. Exactly the same!
Now, I am sure that you would agree with me, that the current Chelsea is a significantly weaker side than either Real or Barca. Especially in the attacking department. Real Madrid have CR7, Benzema, Bale and James. Barelona have the superhero-esque MSN. What do Chelsea have in front? A Costa that has been mostly injured (still scored loads in the uber-tough EPL) an exciting but quite inconsistent Hazard, and some other dudes not worth mentioning. Hence, Real Madrid and Barcelona scoring more than Chelsea is the most natural thing in the world of football, not in any way a testament to the EPL's alleged superiority or increased competitiveness over the Spanish league.
Let's look at last year.
Man City +65
Liverpool +51
Barcelona +67
Real Madrid +66
Atletico M. +51
Considering the above in conjunction with how the respective sides did in European competition, the conclusions are all but inescapable. La Liga pawns the much richer EPL on all levels.
In your opinion. Anyone who watches Liverpool regularly knows that Gerrard has been finished for maybe as long as 4 years ago. Him leaving is the best thing that could have happened to the club. He was dragging them down and Rodgers has handled his exit brilliantly.
Spurs and Liverpool have always placed more interest in finishing 4th over The Europa League. Sevilla love it.
Can you find the starting XIs of Everton/Liverpool and Spurs when they crushed out this season? Or in previous ones? I remember some very strong sides losing time and again. And it is not just the EL. English clubs have been failing in the CL as well. Liverpool were eliminated by Basel ffs, as were United a few years back. Chelsea are the only title holders to be eliminated from the GS. The undisputed champs of this season, were outplayed and eliminated by a team that had to play for 90mns with 10-men.
Like I told you before, you seem to be completely indifferent towards reality. You are only interested in recycling your propaganda.
Bacca at Sevilla is there top scorer and has started 7 of 14 Europa League games this season and only played 90 mins once.
Man City team to get eliminated from Europa...
25 Hart
04 Kompany (Lescott - 12' )
13 Kolarov Booked
22 Clichy
28 K Toure
07 Milner
18 Barry (Nasri - 59' )
21 Silva
34 De Jong Booked
10 Dzeko (Balotelli - 71' )
16 Aguero
If thats there second string back then there first team must have been some group. Want me to show you starting elevens of Liverpool teams in recent years that have gone out? Or Man Utd, Everton, Spurs teams?
They are all strong line ups.
Iborra and Mbia have also been rested several times in the EL this season. Still, Sevilla are bossing the tournament.
Like I said, some people simply choose to ignore reality when it does not suit their narrative.
As for Liverpool, Spurs and Everton line-ups:
