Liverpool's transfer window of mediocrity will come back to haunt them this season. They still have actual good players in Sturridge and Sterling, so will probably get fourth still, but they need to do everything they can to keep those two fit. Lallana and Lovren are bang average. Lambert is a joke for a top four team, and Ballotelli, whilst technically skilled is never going to be a top player, and when he can't be arsed (which seems like most of the time) he's a liability.

Chelsea will absolutely steamroll the league this season, with only City getting anywhere near. Last season they only needed a top striker to compete. Astutely, they soon added one along with a top midfielder too. Think they'll do well across the board this season.
