Just saw it again. Several ligaments are probably teared. More than one would be my guess. His entire leg bent backwards. Note a bone fracture, but the knee is seriously damaged. I'd say it's a 6-8 months injury based on the replay.

CBJ played him onside. he wasn't paying attention to what the rest of the back line was doing and allowed costa to come in and score.

I think it's a tear myself, for at least one of the ligaments that hold the knee together. The guy was screeming in pain. A player from Steaua Bucharest had a similar injury with that one and was sidelined for a year.
