The other player touched it, it wasn't a pass from an opponent. It was a pass from a Tottenham player. Just like a shot that is salved by the keeper and reaches an offside player (that is a player that was offside when a teammate took the shot). It is called offside because the keeper has no intention to pass him the ball.
