That VAR call was weird as fuck. Not only did it look in line anyway, the line was drawn up to Sterling’s shoulder, but drawn to the defenders knee, when it looked like his shoulder was further forward and playing Sterling onside. Need to see it again.

Imagine have Tammy Abraham stood next to Fernandinho in the box and never crossing him the ball in open play.

lol no... it didn't. The Nur Sultan subzero temps gave them brain freeze :snowman:

Gomes was good as usual and Ling really hustled.

Astana fans really brought it! Cool bunch of dudes.

City just tied against Newcastle.

They need to get defenders in January and focus on the CL , because Pep isn't winning shit with those clowns in the backline.

What's stopping them from scoring more than 2 goals a match then?

They have struggled in both departments this season. In fact they've been quite mediocre across the park.

Time to wake up and smell the coffee mate. Pep took City to their limit and the players are burnt out. Simple as.

It's time for Pep to switch clubs and take on a new challenge. No way around it. Don't know why it's so hard for some fans to admit. Pep seems to get every excuse under the sun made for him, while other managers are raked over the coals for similar performances and results. It's no shame to admit the bloke has shelf life.

Lol. Dude broke the PL records for most points won. What other manager has performances and results similar to that and is not recognized as a great manager today?

Classical Pep's 4th season.
Burnt players who can't run anymore and the opponents who are better and better at neutralizing his team.

So, a saying: if executed properly, Pep's system is unbeatable=can only be applied for 2-3 seasons.

Even Pep himself can't execute his own system successfully for more than 2-3 years.
