Raphinha for Leeds looks a top player.

Danger for any team any time on ball, cracks a sweet shot/dead ball and has plenty of skill.

Great signing for them on evidence so far.

The term isn't about spending, but more about how it comes.
Manu fans will never believe that City raised that money organically.
While for them, they grew massively and step by step under SAF

Look at Inters spending in recent years.
They are in for troubling times, if they dont start improving, in Europe especially.
Not going past the group stages in CL really hurts them these days.
