They do, but they have quite deadly weapons on the counter. And this is what makes them dangerous. Similar to AM with not as good of a defense, but quicker, better forwards.

Spurs still look too dodgy at back and at CM to win league I think but teams are a bit wary to commit to pressure that as have so much danger coming back other way.

City is ponderous: just aimlessly passing the ball around. Spurs is happy to let them have the ball.

Yea, CB pair is a weak point. Also, they run the same risk of AM, that, being a more counter-attacking team, they could lose too many points vs lower placed teams who don't attack much. Here is where Kane with his ability to score from crosses is of great help.

My god, Pep's hipster tactics with two inverted fullbacks and two wingers being the only players to provide the width while having an opposite foot to their flank are horrendous. He's out of ideas.

Did Ederson really need to rush out at the goal? Cancelo would've caught up to Son

Ederson is one goalkeeper is really don't like. He plays like a much worse version of Valdes. A reflex keeper who is average outside of that and also has big blunder potential.

No wonder Pep got him. He has a gift for spotting these players .

He is the Youtube of goalkeepers. Will give a you a slick pass here and there and follow it up with horrible positioning and decision making.

Will be interesting how Messi will fit into the system

KDB wont be happy if Messi goes there.

Will have a lot of what they do now taken away from him and give up sides to his game for Messi.

Having said that they would be more likely to score in games like today but also more likely to get hit on break.

Don't know, but we need Messi at City just for the sake of novelty. Would be cool to see what happens.
