I assume Man Utd board are fine with this since they went for a 12-18 month project for it to bear fruit since Ragnick is likely handpicking his successor in the summer to follow whatever he's laying out here.

I thought the biggest advantage for United (in comparison to Barcelona) was their frontline, but the more I see of Rashford, Greenwood and Sancho the more I like our options...
- Sancho has great skills, but everything looks like in slow-motion.
- Rashford has been tragic recently.
- Greenwood is the classic case of no real position. He's not a #9 and not a winger either. Ansu is the superior talent, fingers crossed he stays fit now.

Overall a very poor performance by Man Utd. Newcastle will be disappointed in their dressing room on what might have been. It could have been their second win. Double attempts on target by them to Man U. They also are assessing injuries to two key strikers, so the cheque book has to come out.

United need to move some players on, and bring in Rangnick players, but that is difficult in January.
Sancho has not settled.
