Arsenal lost top4 at the end last season, and now are seriously strengthening their starting XI

On the contrary, Tuchel is losing player plus targets boss:), he is short of 3-4 starting XI cogs, several others want to leave or are below par (Werner, Ziyech, Pulisic, etc), and the league is starting soon.
