Premier League clubs are set to face restrictions on spending on transfers and wages for the first time with the PL looking to follow Uefa?s new financial rules. Under Uefa?s new rule, clubs will be limited to spending 70% of their revenue in a calendar year on wages, transfers, and agents fees. Though any income from selling players will allow clubs to spend more.

Well yeah, this is basically maximum wages-to-revenue ratio, optimal/recommended one is around 55-60%.

I've found this, some clubs are really on a limit.

Looks even worse here. They need Tebas to get their finances in order!

Wow those numbers look bad. PL teams will see similar problems to Barca and the salary cap.
