You're welcome
Kinda like they don't for Xavi
Injuries are no excuse...
I am not throwing shade at xavi. Point is serghei will take every angle and element and issues outside of field into consideration explaining what is happening at barca. But none of that when not barca. Then analysis 100% based on score line

City were so poor today, maybe a one off but it looked like some of their players couldn't be arsed.. in a final no less. Think Pep will bounce after next season.

Except that if you disregard all context and all possible excuses, Barca under Xavi is next level to United under ETH. Let me know when ETH wins EPL and then we can talk and compare directly.

And now you can start with "but EPL... bla bla".

That's exactly what people do re Xavi as well, especially the person that just liked your post lol.

Not saying you specifically.

Winning the FA Cup has turnt his season into a solid 5-6.

He was at 2-3 before this.

For the record, ETH is an excellent B team manager. He is gonna be at his very best if he takes a step back and joins a club with a locker-room that is easier to handle.

Now if he does take United to compete for EPL title with United and Arsenal, then this would be quite impressive.

To manage a big club that is adamant about competing for the big trophies... you need a lot of charisma.

Charisma means power of leadership. It is helping you immensely, not to be liked and followed by the part of the squad that is made from calmer personalities. That is going to happen either way, simply because you hold an influential position. But by the big personalities, the so-called rebels that are in every team. Those will not follow you if you lack the "it" factor.

What a clueless helpless poster!

Xavi has managed to prove a C-team manager so far. And I doubt he can succeed even at a club like Ajax.
Only because of his priviledge, and Laporta's idiocy, he was given the chance to sit at a bench like Barca's

people like ETH, on the contrary, EARN these chances by their fucking WORK

Charisma gives you only good speeches if you can't string basics of football together from a tactical POV
