Enzo looks like the odd man out in that system that Chelsea is building. Palmer still needs to wake up, but the Jackson-Nkunku connection seems to have something.

On the other hand, City is missing Rodri yet again in the midfield. Kovačić is doing his best, but you can't replace Rodri.
